You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a full money back refund, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Within 30 days, if the product has been opened and used, returns are subject to restocking fees of a minimum of 10% of the purchase price according to the condition of the returned product. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy. All the returns must include the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. Please note that all the products need to be factory reset or without passwords before returning.

We do not charge for restocking fees for returns of defective products. If a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately by providing photos related to the issue and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue.

Upon receiving the returned product with defective issue, we will have the product examined by our tech specialist. In the event a product is returned that is not defective, the product will either be returned to the customer or refunded with a deduction of restocking fees.
